When There Is No Charge
Leslie offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation — by phone or video — in the following circumstances:

Individual & Group Practice Consultation and Supervision Fees
All consultation and supervision services are billed at the following rates and prorated into 15-minute increments:

An Important Note About Supervision Fees
Supervision involves a level of professional oversight and responsibility that extends well beyond the supervision session itself. In order to reflect the full scope of that work accurately and transparently, please be aware that the following are billed at the standard supervision rate in addition to supervision time:

All correspondence to and from the licensing board on the supervisee's behalf

All correspondence to and from attorneys related to the supervisory relationship

All correspondence to and from supervisees between supervisory appointments

All correspondence to and from practice or agency owners related to the supervisee's work

Completion and submission of quarterly reports to the licensing board
-
Review and signature of all clinical documentation — including progress notes, treatment plans, bio-psychosocial assessments, and any other medical record documentation required as part of the supervisory relationship
This policy reflects the significant professional responsibility that supervision entails and ensures that all aspects of the supervisory relationship receive the careful attention they deserve. Leslie is happy to discuss any questions about supervision billing before the supervisory relationship begins.

75 minutes $75 per participant
90 minutes $90 per participant
Groups may be billed on a per-session basis or as a pre-determined package ~ the structure will be determined and communicated clearly before the group begins. Package pricing and payment details will be provided upon inquiry.
Participation in all consultation groups requires a signed contract outlining Leslie's and participants' rights and responsibilities. Contract details will be provided upon inquiry and must be completed prior to the first group session.

Scheduling & Payment Policy
Leslie's time is reserved exclusively for the clinicians she works with — and every appointment slot represents a genuine commitment on both sides. In order to maintain a responsive and well-organized schedule that serves all consultees fairly, the following policies apply:
Securing Your Appointment
A non-refundable payment is required to secure all consultation and supervision appointments. Appointments are available in the following increments:

Longer appointments available as needed
How Scheduling Works
Once a mutually agreeable date and time has been determined, Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. will issue a Square invoice. Payment is due within 3 days of invoice issuance. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment slot may be released and a new appointment will need to be scheduled ~ subject to availability.
If Additional Time Is Needed
If a consultation or supervision appointment runs longer than the reserved time and the schedule allows, the appointment will be extended and an invoice for the additional time will be issued upon completion.
Illness and Emergency
Life happens ~ and Leslie understands that. If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. In those circumstances, the application of non-refundable payments toward a future appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
