This is not a side interest or a recent pivot. Each of these areas represents decades of dedicated, real-world experience — and Leslie brings all of it to every consultation, workshop, and supervision relationship.

She has navigated managed care, the rise of telehealth, shifting ethical standards, evolving licensure requirements, and the full arc of what it means to build and sustain a private practice over a career. She knows what it feels like to sit with a difficult case and not be sure what the right move is. She knows the pressures of running a practice, managing the business side of clinical work, and trying to stay current in a field that never stops changing. And she brings all of that lived experience ~ not just her credentials ~ to every relationship.

Complex ethical dilemmas rarely announce themselves in advance. If you are in the middle of a situation that feels urgent, uncomfortable, or unclear ~ you do not have to navigate it alone. Leslie offers ethics and clinical consultation that is responsive, confidential, and grounded in nearly two decades of real-world ethics consultation experience. She helps clinicians look at difficult situations through multiple lenses ~ clinical, ethical, legal, and practical ~ so that they can make informed, confident decisions that serve their clients and protect their practice.
