Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. requires a non-refundable payment in order to secure a consultation appointment. The previous "pay for the time used" policy is no longer being offered and those requesting consultation appointments are now required to commit to 15-, 30-, 45- or 60-minute time slots (or more). This change in policy will allow for Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. to continue to do the work that they are passionate about, in a manner more consistent with industry peers. With this change, Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. will be able to offer quality clinical, ethics and practice-related consultation services in a timelier manner, to a wider audience and to maintain the current consultation fee which has not increased in over 15 years. To reiterate, the consultation fee of $140 (for individual/solo practitioners/$210 for group practices/corporations), per 60 minutes, pro-rated into 15-minute time slots still stands. In the event individuals/groups/corporations book a consultation appointment and more time is needed and the schedule allows, the consultation appointment will be extended and the individual/group/corporation will be invoiced for the additional time upon completion of the consultation.
Those wishing to reserve a consultation appointment, upon determining a mutually agreeable date and time or 10 days in advance of the appointment, Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. will issue a Square invoice to be paid within 2 days of issuance. If payment is not received within that 2-day time frame, consultees may risk forfeiting their appointment slot, resulting in waiting several weeks before another opening in the schedule becomes available.
In the event of illness or emergency, consultees are kindly requested to contact Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc. as soon as possible. Determinations regarding non-refundable payments being applied to future appointments due to illness or emergency will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
