As a professional social worker for 30 years, Leslie has vast administrative, clinical, ethical and managerial experience in a variety of practice settings.  Her experience with a diverse client population, coupled with her unique combination of treatment approaches, make her a solid choice when seeking consultation services.

Clinical Supervision Towards Independent Licensure (LCSW)

Leslie offers clinical supervision for LSW’s seeking outside clinical supervision hours towards their LCSW.  Through clinical supervision, supervisees will gain the essential skills to provide ethically informed, clinically competent and culturally aware social work services.  In addition to her clinical experience, Leslie has in-depth knowledge of the New Jersey Social Work Statutes and Regulations governing the requirements for outside clinical supervision towards independent clinical licensure.  She is particularly well-versed in the September 2018 revisions to state regulations impacting current LSW’s supervision requirements.

Through a collaborative process, Leslie and each supervisee will identify personalized training needs and determine the most effective learning tools to maximize skill development.  In Leslie, supervisees can expect to find a lifetime mentor who will provide guidance and support in a safe and nurturing environment. 
 
NOTE: In 2004, Leslie completed the coursework to become a Qualified Clinical Supervisor and meets the criteria to provide supervision to New Jersey LSW’s seeking clinical supervision hours towards their LCSW.  

Clinical, Ethical and Practice Management-Related Consultations for Independently Licensed Clinicians

 

Leslie offers consultation services to Social Workers, Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed/Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Licensed Marriage and Family Counselors nationwide.  

 

Available Services:

  • On-going and as-needed consultations individually and/or in a group setting   

  • Special accommodations for same day, emergency consultations 

  • In-person, telephonically or through a HIPAA compliant video-conferencing platform
