The Process
Leslie believes that the best training experiences begin long before anyone enters the room. Here is how the customized training process works:
Step 1: Initial Conversation
Reach out to start the conversation. Leslie will meet with you — as many times as needed — and communicate with you throughout the planning process to fully understand your organization's needs, goals, audience, and circumstances. These conversations are complimentary — they are simply part of building exactly what you need.
Step 2: Formal Proposal
Once the details have been worked out, Leslie will develop a formal written proposal outlining the scope, content, format, timing, and fee structure of the training. This proposal is thorough, clear, and reflects everything discussed during the planning process.
Step 3: Agreement
Upon acceptance of the proposal, both parties sign it as a formal contract ~ establishing a clear, mutual commitment to the training and its terms. At the time of signing, a payment schedule is arranged. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is due upon signing, with the remaining balance due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled training date.
Step 4: Delivery
Leslie delivers the training ~ engaging, practical, and tailored precisely to your team — and remains available for any follow up questions or needs that arise afterward.

Continuing Education Credentials
Leslie S. Tsukroff, Inc., Provider # 153, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 9/20/2025-9/20/2028.
